成秀 魏 五七世 蓀公長子，諡子元，號良佐，原藉河南開封南陽閬溪下陽人，宋高宗時，官福建布政司參政，時值宋末天下大亂，臻仕歸隱隱返鄉，中過江西省石城縣（當年返鄉河南必經福建江西武夷山隘品寧化石壁溪），見賴家莊好風沙，支兩百五十銀當交立契，購得風水寶地建祠堂，舉家落戶於斯。
